I hesitated giving a 5 because my cat did not like the chews. I contacted Life’s Balance and asked about exchanging for the Pet Hemp Extract Oil and they just sent it to me without question. Said to keep the chews and give to someone else if we couldn’t use them. Great Customer Service = 5 in my book!
