Bio

I have been a gym rat for 30 years, done strength ministry around the world and competed in powerlifting from the age 39 to 45. Due to repeated injuries, I no longer compete, but love to expose and educate young people in powerlifting, helping them to see the potential in themselves and become victorious in the gym, but most importantly in life. I help raise money every year for a foundation that helps families that have children with life threatening illnesses.

The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy. When it’s easy, everybody can go after it and get it. But when it’s hard, that’s when your character gets tested. Character is shaped and tested in times of adversity.
