Lifting/CrossFit/functional fitness for the last 10 years. After having my special needs son, lifting really became an outlet for me. I can take out all my frustrations and stress and not have to worry about anything but moving the weight or completing the WOD. I love pushing my body & competition. I want to be the healthiest and best version of myself to be around as long as I can for my son.
